International Orders (outside United States of America) We do not accept International orders.
Back Ordered items will ship separately via USPS at NO extra cost to you. Backordered items can not be canceled or expedited once an order is processed and there is no way we will know of a backorder until after an order is processed. If the backordered item was part of a larger overnight/2nd day shipping order, we cannot give you credit for the extra shipping charges for the partial order, since Herbalife does not credit us.
Damaged Merchandise Products leaving our warehouse are fully inspected prior to packaging to ensure that there are no damages to our products. In the event you receive damaged merchandise, please retain the original shipping carton and contact FedEx immediately (800-463-3339) to obtain an inspection report. Ask FedEx to return the merchandise (receipt enclosed) to us. Under no circumstances should you attempt to return the merchandise yourself. This is for your own protection since the products contained are consumables. FedEx offers up to 15 days to file a claim for Damaged shipment.
Lost Merchandise On rare occasions, merchandise is lost in transit. If this occurs, your order will be replaced only after the shipment has been traced by FedEx. Upon notification of a non-delivery from the carrier, a claim will be filed and the merchandise will be replaced. Until then, we will assist you in your claims with FedEx but once shipment is handed over to FedEx, their operations are beyond our control here at HerbalRack.com. FedEx allows up to 45 days to file a claim for lost merchandise. We pressure them to resolve it within 10 business days after your claim with us.
FedEx shows package was Delivered but I didn't receive it!? It is standard Fedex procedure to leave packaged unattended without signature if the FedEx delivery person feels it is safe when no one is home. For this reason, we offer customers an option to choose 'signature required' for their packages at checkout.
If you have not chosen this option and FedEx indicates that delivery was completed, please check the vicinity of your property. FedEx delivery person may have placed it somewhere he/she deemed safe. This may be a place that you may have overlooked therefore we ask that you ask yourself where would be a good spot to place the package hidden from public view shall no one is home to receive shipment.
If you still cannot find the package, we will initiate a driver follow-up where the FedEx Driver will be dispatched to investigate further. We request that you allow us 10 business days to offer resolution to you from the day we are notified of this.

(We employ standard National Herbalife Operating procedures. From our experience we would like to provide the clarifications below to better serve your expectations and ensure consistent quality service.)
- Orders placed by 12pm EST will be sent to the warehouse the same busines day. These orders should ship the same day.
- Orders after 12pm EST will be sent to the warehouse the next business day. These orders will ship the next day.
- Orders leave the warehouse within 24 hours of processing during business days.
- Once your order has been submitted, NO changes or cancellations can be made. Please review your order thoroughly to ensure there are no problems
- Occasionaly popular items are backordered at the National Herbalife warehouse. Unfortunately, we are not informed beforehand and you must wait for the backordered item to ship separately later via USPS since it can not be cancelled or expedited once the order is sent to Herbalife Warehouse.
- Backordered items will be shipped USPS. If the backordered item was part of a larger overnight/2nd day shipping order, we cannot give you credit for the extra shipping charges for the partial order, since Herbalife does not credit us.
- Orders SHIPPED on a Friday using FedEx Overnight or 2nd Day, will arrive Monday or Tuesday respectively (Next business day.) Orders shipped with FedEx Overnight service will arrive by 3:00pm the next business day.
